These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of DataFast (the "App") provided by Marc, Roger, Gustave LOUVION ("we", "us", or "our").

Acceptance

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law
• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with the App's operation or security

Intellectual Property

The App and its content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
