Before you write

• Which device and iOS version? Settings → General → About.
• What did you expect to happen, and what happened instead?
• If it's a crash, when does it happen — on launch, or during a specific action?

Common questions

How do I restore a purchase? Open ChatGPT, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Restores use the Apple ID that made the original purchase.

How do I cancel a subscription? Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us: open the Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → ChatGPT.

How do I request deletion of my data? Write to us using the form on this page and we'll confirm once it's done.
